Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. mild and hot picante sauce
  • 2 small green peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Method

  • Peel avocados; take seed out and mash.
  • Add lemon juice; mix well.
  • Place into pizza pan.
  • Mix the sour cream, garlic powder and salt; pour on top of avocados.
  • Mix up picante sauce; pour on top of sour cream mixture.
  • Add chopped peppers, onions, black olives and cheese to top.
  • Cover; chill several hours.
  • Serve with Fritos.
