Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla (may substitute lemon or almond flavoring)
Method
- Cream together cream cheese, butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs, one at a time.
- Blend in flour. Add vanilla. Bake in tube pan at 325° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
