Ingredients
- 8 ears corn
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Grate corn and scrape cob.
- Add egg yolks to corn, then flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add melted butter and milk.
- Beat egg whites until stiff; add to the mix.
- Fry in hot oil, using a small soup ladle to dip out the batter.
- Good!
- Serves 8.
