- 8 boned chicken breasts
- Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 pt. sour cream
- sherry or white wine
- salt
- pepper
- potato chip crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing
- rice
Method
- Place chicken breast in casserole dish, 9 x 13-inches.
- Cover with grated Swiss cheese.
- Sprinkle with sherry or white wine. Mix cream of chicken soup with water and sour cream.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle chips or dressing on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice.
