Ingredients

  • 8 boned chicken breasts
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • sherry or white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • potato chip crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • rice

Method

  • Place chicken breast in casserole dish, 9 x 13-inches.
  • Cover with grated Swiss cheese.
  • Sprinkle with sherry or white wine. Mix cream of chicken soup with water and sour cream.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle chips or dressing on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Serve over rice.
