Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
Method
- Mix together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
