Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. finely chopped peanuts
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 3 c. milk
  • grated chocolate bar

Method

  • Crust:
  • In a mixing bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly. Stir in 3/4 cup of peanuts.
  • Press the mixture evenly over the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Set aside to cool.
