Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 4 very large cloves garlic
- pepper to taste
Method
- Place ground chuck in a large mixing bowl.
- Add ginger, soy sauce, onions and pepper.
- Mix together well.
- Squash garlic through garlic press into mixture.
- Blend well.
- Form mixture into patties and cook on grill, in oven or Jet Stream to preference. Top with desired burger toppings.
- Makes 8 burgers.
