Ingredients
- 4 c. peeled and sliced carrots
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar (can reduce)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Cook carrots until crisp.
- Mix and pour all other ingredients over hot carrots.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours to marinate.
