Ingredients

  • 2 c. Ready Hamburger Mix, thawed
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chili salsa
  • 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large avocado, chopped
  • 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
  • salad dressing of your choice

Method

  • Combine Ready Hamburger Mix and green chili salsa in a medium skillet.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, green onions, grated cheese and kidney beans.
  • Add hamburger mixture.
  • Toss gently.
  • Add tortilla chips and top with salad dressing of your choice.
  • Makes 8 servings.
