Ingredients
- 1 1/2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 lb. box confectioners sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. ginger
- Gingersnaps
Method
- Mix all ingredients together with an electric or hand mixer, removing all lumps until mixture is smooth. Chill and serve with gingersnaps.
