Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1 lb. shaved or cubed ham
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Trim and butter bread.
- Lay in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
- Spread ham over bread.
- Sprinkle Cheddar on top.
- Mix eggs, dry mustard, milk and a dash of salt and pepper. Pour over all.
- Cover with foil. Let stand in fridge overnight.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
