Method

  • Easy recipe cut figs in half run a bead of goat chees down the middle of each half offset from eachother put back together wrap with procuitto de parma drizzle extra virgin olive oil and grill lightly. serve on a bed of baby arugula or spring greens lightly dressed with evoo and vinegar of your choice drizzle with balsamic glaze and edible flowers.
