Ingredients
- 1 box confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut (add to taste)
- 1 pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
Method
- Combine sugar and butter in bowl.
- Add egg white, milk, and vanilla to mixture.
- Mix.
- Add coconut and mix until mixture can be formed.
- Take a small amount of mixture and form into eggs. Put the chocolate chips in a double boiler and melt until smooth. Roll eggs in chocolate until they are evenly coated.
