Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. stock or water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- other spices to taste
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- sugar
Method
- Fry meat with onion in small amount olive oil.
- Drain.
- Then add tomatoes, salt and pepper and any other spices.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste and stock.
- Simmer 1 hour.
- Add small handful sugar.
- Mix flour with small amount water; add to thicken sauce.
