Ingredients

  • 11/2 pounds softened cream cheese
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 18 vanilla wafers

Method

  • Beat cream cheese well. Add sugar a little at a time; add eggs one at a time; add vanilla Combine thoroughly.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Pour filling over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit or chocolate.
