Ingredients
- 1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on package except bake 20 minutes. Beat vanilla, egg, milk and cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake until topping is set, 25 minutes.
- Cool 2 hours. Spread with pie filling.
- Cut into 1 1/2-inch or 2-inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
- Makes 48 small or 24 large brownies.
