Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups sauerkraut (27oz. can)
- 1 cup celery, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 1/4 cups salad oil
- 1 1/3 cups vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
Method
- Wash and rinse sauerkraut. Wash again. Add celery, onions, and green pepper. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together; pour over vegetable mixture. Let stand overnight. Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
