Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1/2 small (1 lb.) pkg. vermicelli noodles
- 2 lb. shrimp, rinsed and drained
- 3 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- red wine vinegar to taste (about 1 Tbsp.)
- 2 dashes seasoned pepper
Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain in cool water.
- Add enough vinegar to mayonnaise to make it a salad dressing consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Chill.
- Prepare a day ahead and add more mayonnaise, if needed, before serving.
