Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle, chopped
- 1/2 c. pimiento, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- lettuce leaves
- pimiento strips
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well and chill.
- Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish salad with pimiento strips.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
