Ingredients
- 12 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Unwrap and place 5 to 6 ice cream sandwiches in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
- Mix flavorings with defrosted Cool Whip. Spread layer of ice cream sandwiches with Cool Whip mixture, then repeat layers.
- Toast almonds (lightly) and sprinkle on top. Freeze.
- Cut into squares and serve.
- Serves 20 to 24 small servings.
