Ingredients

  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 oz. paraffin
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. butter, melted

Method

  • Mix sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla and graham cracker crumbs into peanut butter. Add melted butter and mix well.
  • Shape into small balls.
  • Melt paraffin and chocolate chips over boiling water.
  • Dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper to dry, using fork or toothpicks.
