Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- Ritz crackers (1 roll plus a few)
Method
- Coarsely shred cabbage and cook about 10 minutes, until barely tender.
- In a buttered baking dish, put a layer of cabbage.
- Then, put slices of cheese and crumbled crackers.
- Repeat layers until gone.
- Pour milk over; cover and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
