Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown ground chuck.
- Drain.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Add chili powder, kidney beans, and tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let simmer for 30 minutes.
