Ingredients
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- water to just cover vegetables
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. oleo
Method
- Cook vegetables in water until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Add oleo.
- Mix flour, milk and sugar.
- Add to vegetables.
- Add clams last; simmer 5 minutes, just until thickened.
