- salt
- 5 qt. boiling water
- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 c. cooked, boned chicken or turkey
Method
- In 8-quart kettle, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to boiling water.
- Gradually add spaghetti and cook until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
