Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. chocolate bits
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs; beat well.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Beat well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool and eat.
