Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. flour
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Mix soup, broth and vegetables.
- Bring to boil.
- Pour over chicken.
- Mix melted margarine, flour, buttermilk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over mixture. Bake about 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
