Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- unbaked pie shell
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add sugar, meal, vinegar, salt and vanilla; mix. Add beaten eggs.
- Place pecans in pastry and add filling.
- Bake 1 hour at 300° or until firm.
