- 8 oz. macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 1 pt. milk
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken breasts, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove 1 hour before baking; cover with crushed potato chips if desired. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
