Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Method
- In skillet, melt 1/2 cup margarine.
- Add broccoli and onion. Saute in margarine.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta cheese and milk.
- Blend well and remove from heat.
- Cook rice.
- Add all together.
- Place in baking dish.
- Top with slivered almonds.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
