Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 c. rice
- 2 oz. or more chopped mushrooms
- 3 c. Wyler's instant chicken bouillon
Method
- Cook livers in 2 cups of the broth.
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Combine rice, livers and mushrooms in a casserole.
- Use the other cup of broth to make it slightly soupy.
- It might take a little more broth.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350° oven.
