Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. fruit or berries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 stick butter
Method
- Melt butter into a deep baking dish.
- Pour batter of 1 cup sugar, flour and milk into center, but do not stir.
- Pour 2 cups fruit or berries mixed with 3/4 cup sugar into the middle of the batter, but do not stir.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Serve warm.
