Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper
- 10-12 hard boiled Large eggs
Method
- Heat butter in large saucepan.
- Add in flour, blend quickly.
- Add in lowfat milk a little at a time to make cream sauce.
- Chop hard boiled Large eggs.
- Add in to sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over toast, biscuits or possibly baked potatoes.
- Optional: add in diced ham.
