Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. low-fat milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- crushed corn flakes
Method
- Trim chicken breast.
- Cut into thin cutlets (about half the thickness it is already).
- Mix mayonnaise with milk, salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken in wet mixture cover in crumbs.
- Bake in oven at 325F until done.
