- 1/2 c. butter, soft
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. corn syrup
- 4 1/2 c. regular oats
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. M&M's
- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Method
- Cream butter; add sugars, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and corn syrup.
- Beat well.
- Add oats, soda and salt.
- Beat well. Stir in remainder of ingredients.
- Batter will be thick.
- Roll and drop 4-inches apart on greased cookie sheet, lightly pressed into Monster Cookies.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Cook until center of cookie is soft.
- Let cool slightly on cookie sheet, remove and cool completely on a rack.
- Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
