Ingredients
- 1 small bottle red maraschino cherries, drained
- 1 small bottle green maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold boiled water
Method
- Arrange cherries in bottom of 1 1/4-quart ring mold, alternating color.
- Pour on just enough boiling water to cover cherries.
- Freeze solid.
- Fill mold to top with cold boiled water and freeze again.
- Sprigs of mint may be added, if available.
