Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Mix; spray dish with Pam.
- Cook on about 250° until done. Sprinkle cheese on top before baking.
