Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower (large)
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
Method
- Clean cauliflower head; shred in a food processor.
- Place in saucepan with water and simmer, stirring gently until soft.
- Drain any excess water.
- Add milk and seasonings to taste.
