Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Saute mushrooms.
- Combine ingredients, except crumbs and butter; pour into casserole.
- Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 325°.
