Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix all ingredients together except 1 cup of pecans.
- Place one cup of pecans on a sheet of foil.
- Put mixture on the spread nuts and press into ball of mixture.
- Chill about 2 hours before serving.
