Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes, drained and cut (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of artichoke juice to desired consistency.
- Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips (Fritos are best).
