Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese

Method

  • Add 1 egg, 1 cup flour and dash of salt to amount of shredded potatoes for 9-inch pie crust.
  • Bake at 400° for 10 minutes in a pie plate sprayed with no-stick spray.
  • Remove from oven and add onion, chopped ham and broccoli.
  • Beat 3 eggs and light cream together.
  • Add dash of salt, pepper and nutmeg; pour over onion, ham and broccoli.
  • Add grated cheese and paprika on top of casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
