Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz (with jalapeno pepper or without, depending on preference)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- corn chip crumbs
Method
- Put potatoes in 11 x 17-inch casserole.
- Saute onions in butter and pour over potatoes.
- Mix Cheez Whiz, soup, milk and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
- Top with corn chips.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
