Ingredients
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 small onion, sliced
Method
- Blend together cheese soup, milk, pepper, sliced potatoes and onion.
- In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, put alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
- Uncover.
- Bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
