Ingredients
- 2 gal. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix together brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
- Boil 5 minutes stirring often.
- Add soda and vanilla and mix thoroughly. This froths up as mixed.
- Pour over popped corn in large kettle. Place on cookie sheet or large pans.
- Bake at 200° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
