Ingredients

  • 2 Large Apples (peeled & sliced)
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 Pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Jar 6 oz. Caramel Ice Cream Topping
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts

Method

  • Soak apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning; set aside.
  • Press cookie dough into a 12 inch pizza pan.
  • Bake according to package directions.
  • Remove from oven and let cool. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter, spread onto cooled crust. Arrange apple slices on top.
  • Drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with nuts.
