- Kale
- dried cranberries
- almonds (chopped or sliced)
- white balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Method
- pull kale leaves from the stalks. pulse in the food processor until they are ribbons. meanwhile soak the cranberries in the vinegar. toss the kale ribbons with the vinegar soaked cranberries and almonds and drizzle with a little olive oil.
