Ingredients
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. hot water
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
- Brown on both sides in large skillet.
- Pour soup and milk that has been mixed together over patties.
- Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
- The gravy is wonderful over mashed potatoes.
