Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp pieces
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 c. cooking wine
  • 16 oz. tomato sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Romano cheese
  • 2 c. cream
  • 1 lb. box linguine

Method

  • Saute 1 pound of shrimp pieces in virgin olive oil.
  • Add oregano, basil and thyme.
  • In separate pan, fry in olive oil finely chopped onions, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic.
  • Add cooking wine, tomato sauce and Romano cheese.
  • Bring to a boil and add 2 cups of cream.
  • Then add cooked shrimp to mixture.
  • Cook linguine; cool with water while straining.
  • Then add ingredients. Add creole seasoning to taste.
