Ingredients
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/3 c. light sour cream
- 3 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
- pinch of freshly ground pepper
Method
- In medium skillet, heat oil.
- Add onion and saute until tender.
- Add mushrooms, garlic and basil; saute 2 to 3 minutes longer.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Add fettuccine; toss to coat.
- Heat thoroughly (do not boil).
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Makes 2 servings.
- Can double.
